Dogs may have evolved “puppy dog eyes” just to tug at our hearts
When it comes to human-dog connection , eyes are important. Dogs make eye contact with people when a problem stump them. Some researchers says that both humans and dogs experience a rise in level of oxytocin -the “love hormone”- when they are gazing into each others eyes.
Imagine a dog with “puppy eyes” and the head tilt. A real kryptonite to humans. We are powerless to it.
