Elena’s Happy Paws will go through the service agreement with you during the consultation if you haven’t already read and agreed to this prior to the meeting.
I also perform a behaviour assessment of your dog through observations and by asking you questions about them such as how they react to other dogs. This help me to build up a profile of your dog so that we can better meet their needs and tailor their walks accordingly.
Elena’s Happy Paws work out the booking slot with you in advance either on the first meeting or by email or phone and also by your personal pet app if you want regular walks.
Yes, with Elena’s Happy Paws you have your own individual pet app. All walks are recorded by GPS and notification is sent directly to you by email or text showing you:
•Real time route map;
•Photos and videos;
•Collecting and dropping off times;
• House visits.
Elena’s Happy Paws will always walk you dog on lead on all public areas as a respect for others and their need for space.
Elena’s Happy Paws will always be respectful of your home especially on a wet day. I will always towel down your dog before letting them back into the house.
